Debra Flanz is CEO and Founder of the Business Clarity Group, an executive coaching firm. With a background as a C-Level executive and entrepreneur, Debra is known for being extremely effective in helping senior leaders achieve powerful business results and career success. As an executive coach, Debra’s specialty is working with C-Suite executives and their teams. Having worked on four continents, Debra brings a valuable global mindset to her client relationships.

Debra has focused on the Financial Services industry for 25 years. During this time, she held senior business development positions with Schroders, Institutional Investor, Shearson Lehman/American Express and American Continental Properties. Debra has also been a Senior Advisor in the non-profit world.

Debra founded and managed several successful companies. As President of Capital Resources International, a global investor relations firm, her company provided a forum for CEO’s to attract institutional investment. She was also CRO of an online marketing company, Precision Prospects.

An advocate of Women’s Leadership and Diversity in the workplace, Debra has taken senior roles, as both President of the Financial Women’s Association and Advisory Board Member of the National Association of Women Business Owners – New York City.

As a “subject matter expert” and a senior executive on Wall Street, Good Morning America featured Debra in a special telecast entitled, The Women of Wall Street. She is also highlighted in several books including, Women And The Leadership Q by Shoya Zichy and The Best Way In The World For A Woman To Make Money by David King.

In the last year, Debra was a featured speaker for many organizations including The Princeton Club, New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), Financial Women’s Association (FWA), Credit Suisse and ING.

Debra is a married mother of two sons living in New York City. An avid traveler, she has visited more than 55 countries for both business and pleasure. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and attended The Sorbonne.

Raki Talwar

Raki Talwar is an experienced veteran of the Corporate World with almost 30 years of US, International and Global experience with Colgate-Palmolive, Citibank, Bristol Myers and International Playtex.

Following 10 years of US management experience, Raki spent 5 years in Marketing and General Management roles for Colgate-Palmolive overseas, including establishing a joint venture between Colgate and Clorox in Southeast Asia. Raki gained in-depth, broad and cross cultural people and marketing experience in these assignments.

Raki returned to New York in 1993 as a Worldwide Director with global strategic responsibility for one of Colgate’s key business sectors. This included developing strategies and programs based on a sound understanding of the marketplace in multiple countries and, successfully developing internal consensus among multiple stakeholders across Colgate’s complex global matrix management structure.

From 2003 to 2006, Raki led Colgate’s worldwide effort to integrate the internet into the consumer marketing process. This includes developing and validating online consumer strategies and approaches in the US and then pushing these proven practices around the globe. Raki was responsible for helping Colgate establish websites in 40 countries and establishing internet based marketing programs in many of them.

Raki Talwar is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and the Harvard Business School.

Raki, his wife Suneeta, and their twin daughters are long standing residents of Chappaqua, NY.
